Flexible working arrangements
ANI accommodates flexible working arrangements to suit the individual needs of employees, where business priorities can also be accommodated, including compressed working arrangements in the form of a 9-day fortnight for full-time staff, part-time employment and working from home arrangements. This assists employees in managing work/life balance.
ANI values the benefits of diversity. The current workforce is diverse in age, gender and cultural backgrounds, with females representing approximately one third of our workforce and 40% of our Executive team.
