The Nuclear Safety Advisor supports the development and continuous improvement of nuclear safety frameworks, helping embed safe practices across governance, systems, and projects. You will provide specialist advice, contribute to safety initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders to strengthen nuclear safety capability within a highly regulated environment.

The Head of Strategy, Planning & Change shapes the integration of strategy, planning, and change across ANI, ensuring organisational priorities are aligned and delivered effectively. Working closely with Executives, you will drive enterprise performance, strengthen planning and reporting frameworks, and provide strategic leadership to support informed decision-making and successful organisational outcomes.

Head of Environment and Approvals leads environmental strategy, statutory approvals, sustainability, building certification and regulatory engagement for the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard (NPSCY), ensuring compliance and supporting the successful delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure program

The SHE Manager provides leadership and oversight of safety, health and environmental performance across the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard program. Working closely with project teams and contractors, you will drive SHE risk management, assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety is embedded across all stages of project delivery. This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of Australia’s most significant Defence infrastructure programs supporting the AUKUS initiative.

The Senior Design Manager leads the planning and design of major infrastructure projects and programs, ensuring delivery meets technical, safety, quality, cost and schedule requirements. You will provide design leadership across complex, large-scale projects, manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants, and support the successful delivery of critical Defence infrastructure, including the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard as part of the AUKUS program.

The Regulatory Submissions Officer is responsible for supporting the coordination, development and delivery of regulatory submissions and licensing documentation for ANI’s Nuclear Stewardship team. This role ensures documentation is accurate, complete and aligned with nuclear licensing requirements, while coordinating information from internal and external stakeholders. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure programs, including the AUKUS initiative, while building expertise in a specialised and evolving regulatory field.
